S23 is one of the most potent and powerful SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) on the market. The one following S23 is YK11.

It was created by altering the chemical structure of a compound named C-6. S23 is actually an improved version of C-6, showing higher bioavailability and higher binding affinity.

S23 boasts very high bioavailability, up to 96% and shows one of the highest binding affinities among all the SARMs out there, comparable to LGD-4033.

S23 is a full agonist of the androgen receptor and is the only SARM, alongside LGD-4033 to have that honor.

Naturally, this makes S23 very suppressive and comparable to steroids when it comes to the Testosterone suppression experienced.

It?s important to note that S23 caused infertility on any rat it was tested on, that?s how powerful it is.

How Does S23 Work

S23, like other SARMs, works basically in the same way anabolic steroids do with the exception that SARMs are selective. This means that unlike steroids this SARM will only target androgen receptors in our muscle tissue and won?t cause side effects like steroids who affect receptors in our prostate as well.

This means that S23 and other SARMs will work very similarly to steroids and won?t have that many side effects. Of course, SARMs are on average much weaker than steroids are but this compound is actually very strong and is comparable to steroids in power. S23 and YK11 are the strongest SARMs on the market so far.

S23 Benefits

This compound has a lot of lucrative benefits, but keep in mind that it isn?t fully researched yet and is still currently undergoing research. Other SARMs like Ostarine or LGD 4033 are a lot more researched and safe.

Increased muscle mass

This is the reason why people are even talking about S23. You will see insane muscle gains with this SARM. The effectiveness at which S23 promotes muscle growth is even comparable to strong steroids. This is why some people call S23 a weird hybrid between SARMs and steroids. Needless to say, we don?t recommend a compound like this to a beginner because your body won?t be able to handle something like this.

Remember, training and diet are still the most important parts. Even though S23 is very strong, it won?t do anything without at least somewhat proper training and nutrition. Also, if you don?t continue to train after the cycle, you will most likely lose most of your gains.

Increased strength

S23 also has a powerful benefit of increasing your strength. The strength gains will also be insane and comparable to the ones you would get on a normal steroid cycle.

People who use S23 report incredible strength gains. They get stronger week after week and are easily able to frequently break their PRs (personal records). According to them, it is not uncommon that they get over 50lbs on their major lifts, bench press, deadlift and squat, over the cycle.

When it comes to keeping that kind of strength, take that with a grain of salt. You most likely won?t be able to keep all of the strength gains, but with proper training after the cycle, you might be able to keep most of them.

Fat Loss

S23 promotes fat loss, not as successfully as Stenabolic or Cardarine do, but it still does pretty well. This means that you will be able to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. You will even be able to lose some fat when on a small caloric surplus.

Along with this, people also report that they look a lot more vascular during their cycles. They also get a lot better pumps in the gym that last a lot longer.

Boosted Endurance And Reduced Recovery Times

S23 will to some extent also give you better endurance. It won?t be as powerful at this as some other compounds, but it will still be noticeable. You will be able to work out for longer periods of time and won?t need to take so many breaks between sets.

People also report that it gives you more stamina in the bedroom as well. This makes sense because it is also being currently researched as a ?male birth control pill?.

Another thing that S23 will do is it will reduce your recovery times. The usual recovery time after a hard gym session is 72 hours. People who take S23 report that their recovery times went down to less than a day. This will allow you to workout hard more frequently and because of this, you will get better results.

S23 Side Effects

Testosterone Suppression

S23 suppresses the production of your natural Testosterone levels. Actually, all SARMs suppress your Testosterone production but S23, in particular, does it a lot more than the others. We don?t recommend a PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) for most SARMs, the only exceptions are S23 and YK11 possibly as well.

This compound is so strong that your body will need a long time after the cycle to recover naturally. At that time, you will experience bad effects of suppressed Testosterone like brain fog, bad mood, etc.

If you want to avoid a PCT, keep your dosages very low and it should be ok. But we recommend that you choose another SARM to be safe.

Increased Aggression

You won?t exactly experience roid rage like you would on steroids, but you will still feel a marked increase in aggression, comparable to the irritability felt on RAD 140.

The only way to manage this side effect is to be aware of its existence and to realize that you?re overreacting to the common stresses and strains of life.

You should also monitor yourself around other people, as your aggression could lead to people not wanting to be near you.

Night Sweats

It?s important to note that S23 will cause you to dehydrate during the night, so it?s important to always keep water near you in order to stay hydrated at all times. If you fail to do so, it could lead to further side effects such as cramps, headaches and fatigue.

It is thought that the reason why night sweats are a problem with S23 is because it increases the metabolic rate of our body, which automatically induces thermogenesis.

Waking up in a puddle of your own sweat is not uncommon while on S23, and if you notice this side effect, there is not much you can do but lower your dosage.

Hair Shedding

Every compound that is androgenic will cause some degree of hair shedding to be experienced. The problem is, S23 is one of the strongest compounds out there, meaning that hair shedding could quickly turn to hair loss if you?re not careful.

I personally recommend the usage of RU-58841 while on a S23 cycle, it prevents hair loss and makes your hair follicles strong enough to withstand the androgenicity of S23.

Dosage And Cycle Length

We recommend that you start with a dosage of 5mg a day and based on your results work your way up to 15 mg a day. You should remember, S23 has a half-life of 12 hours, this means that you should split your daily dosage into 2 parts and take the first in the morning and the second in the evening. For example, a good cycle would be 2.5 mg in the morning and 2.5 mg in the evening for an 8-week cycle.

We don?t recommend that you have your cycle for over 8 weeks.

S23 Results

The first result I have to mention and that many men experience is infertility while taking S23. Some men become worried, others relish in the fact that they no longer need to use a contraceptive during coitus. You shouldn?t fret too much about this effect of S23, as it is temporary in nature.

The other results you can expect are much more promising.

First of all, expect to gain around 15 to 20 pounds of muscle mass in just one eight-week cycle. Your strength gains are going to be insane and you?ll be breaking most of your personal records by week four.

Furthermore, you?ll be able to enjoy your gym time much more as the decreased recovery times of S23 really go a long way in allowing you to get back on track sooner.

Lastly, you?ll lose around 5% of your total body fat in just two months, and you won?t have to do much other than follow your diet and exercise routine to a tee.

S23 VS Steroids

S23 is actually quite comparable to most steroids in strength and if you follow a correct PCT you won?t be seeing any side effects from this SARM. At least this is what we know so far, the compound is still not fully researched.

The most common steroid S23 is compared to is Winstrol, as they both enjoy similar effects in the body.

It?s funny to note that on a mg to mg basis, Winstrol is actually weaker in comparison to S23.

This makes S23 a valiant contender to steroids and it should be respected as such.

Always remember to take S23 responsibly or you?ll risk experiencing some of the side effects I?ll mention in the next chapter.

S23 PCT

S23 is actually the only SARM (possibly YK11 as well) with which I recommend that you do a PCT ( Post Cycle Therapy).

This is because of how potent and powerful this SARM actually is. I recommend that you do a 4-week PCT with Clomid at the end of your cycle.

Conclusion

In conclusion, this compound is a very strong SARM and you will see really good results from it. This compound isn?t fully researched yet so this is definitely a big downside. There may be some side effects that we don?t know so far. We definitely recommend that you try out or research other SARMs first before trying out S23. Other SARMs are a lot more researched and some are even successfully completing clinical trials (Ostarine and LGD-4033).
